Hello to all.
I attended the opening ceremony for the Canada C3 this morning. As Commodore, I had the honour of presenting the SYC Burgee to Geoff Green, the Expedition Leader and Founder, on behalf of the Stormont Yacht Club. It was mentioned that Cornwall was one of the only three stops for the Polar Prince on the inland waterways. Geoff said, our burgee was one of the burgees that would be flown during the trip and that they were putting it up right after the opening ceremony. So our burgee will be one of four to be flown, three are from Canada and one is from the Royal Yacht Club of Monaco as the ship heads down the St. Lawrence.
