LONG SAULT – Imagine that, a world championship sailing event taking place in Long Sault.

It happened 50 years ago this summer and on Saturday, a couple of the local participants looked back on those days in August of 1967, at the Stormont Yacht Club’s annual Founder’s Day event that celebrates club history.
